Day 3 - Jesus Was Betrayed And Rejected
Promo Day 1 Day 2 Day 3 Day 4 Day 5 Family Night
For the 3rd day in a row, the numbers of students have grown.
Day 3 attendance was up to 102 students. Thank you parents and guardians and thank you students for bringing your friends and families to VBS. It's never too late to invite.
Today's Day 3 focus was on Jesus' betrayal from the hands of his very own disciple named Judas. To Jesus, it was not a surprise. He knew that He needed to die for the sins of the world. Despite that he knew He would be betrayed, Jesus still chose to follow God's Will. Our memory verse is found in Matthew 20:28. Jesus said, the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve and his life be a ransom for many.
The mission offering collected amounted to $49.94. For Day 4 offering, we will be collecting any currencies. As an incentive, the boys and girls are competing who can raise many coins for the day. Photos for Day 3 can be seen here or by clicking any of the pictures below.
