Day 4 - Jesus Died and Rose Again

The excitement is high as we finish Day 4 of Vacation Bible School.

VBS does not end on Saturday.  The experience continues on to all of our partner churches.  There are many truths to learn, songs to sing and relationships to build.  We hope you consider coming to any of our church partners.   

Day 4 registration was 104 students.  But we missed a whole good number of students today.  We hope you all come back.  Why?  Because Day 5 is where we have class and group photos and free t-shirts to give out.  

Today, we learned about how the Bible spoke of Jesus' death and resurrection.   Jesus' suffering and death is a fulfillment of God's plan to be the Savior of the world.   John 11:25, Jesus said to her, I am the resurrection and the life, he who believes in me, though he dies, will live.   The promise of eternal life is true after death and it is also true today because Jesus gives "abundant life."  Numbers of students made commitments to trust in Jesus words today.   Finally, don't forget to enjoy today's pictures.     

The mission offering for Day 4 collected amounted to $282.42.   Please encourage your child to give to mission offering for Day 5.
